The Engineering Behind the Metrics

8 years of web development experience distilled into mathematical truths for founders.

Our Philosophy

We build tools for independent founders who value unit economics over vanity PR. No VC fluff, no "growth-at-all-costs" rhetoric. Just the raw math you need to survive and scale your business sustainably.

The Journey

I wrote my first line of production code nearly a decade ago. Since 2017, I've watched the web evolve from static pages into the complex SaaS ecosystems we build today. I've navigated through various hype cycles and witnessed the harsh reality of startups burning millions on broken business models.

Through it all, one truth remains: the most resilient businesses aren't the ones with the most funding. They are the bootstrapped SaaS companies. They are built by founders and engineers who obsess over unit economics, server infrastructure, and keeping their burn rates low.

Why I Built SaaS Tools

Most SaaS advice online is written for venture-backed startups with infinite runways. When you are bootstrapping, that advice is dangerous. Every dollar, every server crash, and every churned customer impacts your livelihood.

I built this platform to provide clear, utilitarian calculators and guides to help founders make financial decisions without the guesswork. The tools here are battle-tested engineering frameworks designed to give you honest numbers about break-even points, burn rate, and scaling costs.

Our Alignment with You

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, this site is built with a strict Privacy-First philosophy. Having been a developer for 8 years, I've seen how invasive surveillance tracking has become. That’s why SaaS Tools uses no tracking cookies, requires no logins, and doesn't sell your data.

To keep the platform free and independent, we partner with infrastructure providers we trust (like Cloudways). If you upgrade your servers through our links, it helps keep these calculators running—but it will never influence the hard math our tools output.
